Size gaining shoulder workout for those who may have a bad shoulder. I am getting a feel for what workouts that i want my next weight training program will consist of
Workouts:
Shoulder Press
Lateral Shoulder Raises
Seated Military Shoulder Presses
DumbBell Front Shoulder Raises
Super Set Workout:
Tricep Pulldown with straps & Plated Shoulder Shrugs ( I like using the straps because it doesn't effect my shoulder as much)
Shoulder Shrugs & Over Head Ez-Bar extensions
