Hey Guy’s! Welcome back to my channel. In today’s video I make Baked Brussel Sprouts the quick and simple way.
If you love them then you are sure to love this recipe. I hope y’all will give it a try.

Oven Cooked Brussel Sprouts with Bacon:
4 to 5 Cups Fresh Brussel Sprouts, washed ends cut and split in half
6 to 7 Strips of Raw Bacon, sliced in 1 inch pieces
2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
2 to 3 Teaspoons Avocado Oil
1 to 2 Teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
Granulated Garlic
Granulated Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a large Cast Iron Skillet cook the bacon until crispy.
While the bacon is cooking add all of the remaining ingredients into a large mixing bowl and toss to coat.
Once the bacon is done remove from skillet but leave the burner on so that the skillet will remain hot.
Add the sprouts to the hot skillet and toss in the bacon grease. Place in the oven at 425 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove from oven to turn over then place back in oven for an additional 13 minutes or until your desired tenderness. Do not overcook the sprouts or they will become mushy.
Once done add the crispy bacon and toss together and serve.
