Fire Emblem Engage - Hard Classic - Part 32: The Lady of the Plains (Lyn's Paralogue)

After a brief Skirmish break, it's time to get back to the main game! And before we continue the story, let's deepen the bonds with our emblems. Next up is Lyn, whose paralogue is based on "The Bow of Swift Wind" from Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade

Your units are split into three groups, one in the northwest, one in the southeast, and Alear's group in the northeast. Lyn will be waiting for you in the southwest. There are flying units and bow knights around the edges, and there are 6 encampments further southwest. 3 of them have bow knights, the other 3 have mages who will use Freeze, Silence, and Fracture staves from afar. The enemies guarding them will drop items upon defeat, and if you leave them alone by the time Lyn starts moving, enemy reinforcements will pop out of them. You essentially have 5 turns to take them out, because Lyn will start moving on turn 6.

This map is a perfect example of Hard mode being too easy and Maddening mode being too hard, because on Maddening mode each of the encampments have about 6 bow knights surrounding them making it extremely hard to clear them all out to get to Lyn before she starts moving and enemy reinforcements start coming.

Once you kill Lyn, you can raise her bond level to 20.
