In this video, I will be giving you my level 2 between the legs series pro drills and tips to improve your ability to distribute the ball from either the left or right, into a tight space all the while maintaining control of the ball.

The core concept of the series is that you stay on balance by keeping the basketball between your legs. If you are able to master the between-the-legs crossover, under-control dribble, and behind-the-back dribble then you will have plenty of options on how to effectively get past defenders in one on one situations, as well as how to create better driving angles when attacking downhill or off pick and rolls.
