Livingston Man Flown from Scene in Critical Condition, PROVIDENCE, February 19, 2023 - Shortly after 3 am on February 19, 2023, a white 2002 Pontiac Bonneville, driven by Isaac Ja-Rod Wiggins Hill, 28, of Livingston, was east-bound on FM-1988 East. For some reason, his vehicle left the pavement to the right in the 3750 block (about a mile from US-146). Hill's vehicle continued through the grass, went through a barbed wire fence, and slammed into a large tree. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department Heavy Rescue Unit, Deputies from the Polk County Sheriff's Office, and Trooper Kevin Burman with the Texas Highway Patrol. Hill was trapped in his vehicle. Firemen used the Jaws-of-Life to cut into the vehicle and carefully retrieve Hill from his vehicle. An Air Life medical helicopter landed on 1988. Hill was flown to Kingwood Hospital in critical condition. All traffic was blocked during investigation and cleanup. Hill's vehicle was recovered by Dan's Towing and was assisted by Ken's Towing. This accident remains under investigation by the Texas Highway Patrol.

Special thank you: Ken with Ken's Towing
