Washington sees opportunities to knock Russia out of other countries’ arms markets

US Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland has taken a swipe at Russian arms exports, deeming their quality inferior to American-made weapons. She claimed that countries that buy from Moscow would be much better off getting their supplies from Washington.
