In this video, we touched about Rhythm. To simplify things, in the realm of martial arts, rhythm is simply your own way of expending your energy and using momentum to your advantage. A lot of beginners make mistake of trying to do everything all at once when it comes to movement, especially executing techniques, that they ended up getting tired and exhausted. You can train rhythms by simply incorporating them into your Shadowboxing and practicing in front a mirror. We broke down the 3 basic templates that we could practice. Hopefully this video has helped you expand your understanding and that you've found which kind of rhythm do you fall on.
