90 Kgs x 14 Bench Press. NEW REP PR!

Felt pretty low energy, but I figured I could still get a rep PR with this weight; as my technique, and overall strength and performance has significantly improved since the last time I did Touch N 'Go. I find it is definitely harder to stay tight, and maintain a good bar path doing this, as opposed to pausing, especially when the fatigue sets in. I believe my previous best with this was 11 reps, with a rep or two in the tank, so this is an improvement. I would have really liked to have hit 15, but I misgrooved pretty badly on those last couple of reps, due to form break down. I can probably hit 15 on a better day. For now, this is not a bad start, I'd say.
