Kettlebell Workout: Cycle 1 Workout A1

The first workout in my home kettlebell workout series. This workout includes:

-Clean & Press: 8x3/3 Reverse Ladders @16kg with 1 min. rest

-One-Hand Alternating Swings: 10x10(5/5) @18kg Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM)

-Deadlift-Style Squat: 4x16 + As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) with 1 min. rest

-Close-Grip Pushups: 4x5 + AMRAP EMOM

Please consult other channels and experts on form and programming. Forgive my messy basement. Hopefully producing these videos provides a good motivation to clean it up!
