Namaste yogis. For today's class, we will be practicing yin yoga to help relax and restore both the body and the mind. Over this next hour, we're going to be giving ourselves the permission to let go of the busyness of life, to let go of anything that's not serving us, to let go of any roles and responsibilities we may have. In addition, we're really going to take the time to really indulge into this practice and give ourselves the time that each and every single one of us deserves.
