Blender Hollandaise Sauce

This blender hollandaise has the same ingredients and consistency as the classic sauce, but without the double boiler and potential for sauce separation. I love the lemon flavor of freshly steamed asparagus!
Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 dash hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
½ cup butter
