Fire Emblem Engage DLC - Maddening Classic - Part 25: The Brash General (Hector's Divine Paralogue)

With Tiki's Emblem Bracelet in hand, new paths to 5 other Divine Paralogue battles have opened up, though only 3 are available right now. So let's get back into the DLC and tackle Hector's Divine Paralogue next!

To access the Divine Paralogues, you must buy the Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass, then clear Chapter 6. Go back to the Somniel and witness an event at Lookout Ridge where the Bracelet of the Three Houses will be found. After watching the event that follows, go back to the World Map, and a new pathway will open to a separate area where the Divine Paralogues will be.

Hector's Divine Paralogue has poison gushers all over the place. Be careful moving your units around here, lest they be blasted with poisonous miasma. Thankfully there are many enemies that drop Antitoxin. The gushers also work both ways, meaning they can poison enemies as well, so you can use them to your advantage.

Like in Tiki's battle, a few waves of enemy reinforcements will appear from behind your starting point, so you'll want to take it slow to deal with them. Thankfully there are fewer of them here than in Tiki's battle.

The enemy units in this battle are mostly armored units (Hector himself being one of them), so you'll want to bring a couple mages in. You'll also want to bring a high-avoid unit to bait enemies over while avoiding being sniped with a Fracture spell from distant Martial Masters.

There are a few treasure chests in this map, including the permanent-stat-boosting Dracoshield. Two thieves will appear shortly into the battle to steal it along with 2000G from another treasure chest, but you can easily intercept the one stealing the Dracoshield as it makes its escape.
