Crinkle Cookies

One more Valentine Dessert! These Crinkle Cookies have to be the easiest cookies on the planet. Just 4 ingredients plus food coloring. That's it!! You can make them any color you want, so they can be for Valentine's, St Patrick's, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving & Christmas! They are so soft and they stay that way! Y'all go make some for your honey!

Crinkle Cookies
1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
food coloring
1/3 cup powdered sugar, to roll dough in to coat

In a mixing bowl, blend cake mix, eggs & oil until well mixed. Add a few drops of food coloring, color of your choice.
Cover dough with plastic wrap and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Roll 1 TBSP dough into balls and coat in powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack to finish cooling. Keep in an airtight container.
