HERE IS A SIMPLE RECIPLE FOR KETO CARROT CAKE

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp salt

3 eggs

1/2 cup coconut oil- https://amzn.to/3E0bb5A

1/2 cup granulated erythritol- https://amzn.to/3E4Qy8n

1 tsp vanilla extract- https://amzn.to/3EokyMT

1 cup grated carrots

1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch cake pan.

In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs and then add the coconut oil, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
Fold in the grated carrots and chopped pecans (if using).

Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan before serving.
