Recent District Court Decision on Firearms and Controlled Substances

This video deals with the recent decision in U.S. v. Harrison. While this video is not a direct response to the USCCA's video on the subject, it should be noted that the USCCA's video title is, by itself, misleading and "click-baity." I have lots of problems with this case, and I discuss some of them in this video.

Edit: at 9:20, I meant to also point out that the arresting officer failed to conduct a DUI investigation despite observing a traffic violation AND the odor of marijuana. This means that we don't even know whether Harrison was under the influence of marijuana at the time of the stop when he possessed the firearm.
