Arrogant 19-Year-Old Gets Arrested and Files Lawsuit
In this video, we discuss the viral case of clout-chasing, cocky teenager, Tayvin Galanakis, and how his arrest did, or did not, violate his civil liberties. This is a re-upload because I didn't think about the fact that there was a logo showing from the video we were talking about in the original. I'm sorry about that. I will correct that for next time.

Recent District Court Decision on Firearms and Controlled Substances
This video deals with the recent decision in U.S. v. Harrison. While this video is not a direct response to the USCCA's video on the subject, it should be noted that the USCCA's video title is, by itself, misleading and "click-baity." I have lots of problems with this case, and I discuss some of them in this video.
Edit: at 9:20, I meant to also point out that the arresting officer failed to conduct a DUI investigation despite observing a traffic violation AND the odor of marijuana. This means that we don't even know whether Harrison was under the influence of marijuana at the time of the stop when he possessed the firearm.
