Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses now the second, of what will be many lawsuits to stop ATF's gross overreach in the publication of their new Pistol Brace Rule. Today we discuss the case of Britto v. ATF, filed in the U.S. District Court for the N. Dist. of Texas - Amarillo Division. This case, brought by the three named plaintiffs challenges this new rule making order on several grounds including multiple attacks via the Administrative Procedure Act but finally uses the holdings of West Virginia v.
