We decided to take our 99 Jeep Cherokee XJ for a Cross Country Overland Adventure. Our fully loaded Jeep Cherokee XJ with tent, folding camping cots, grill, blankets, sleeping bags, and extra gasoline, weighed in at 5200 lbs!

We spent 31 days driving in 18 states, and put on over 8500 miles! Come along for the ride; we think you will enjoy it!

Today we explore the Nevada desert, traversing rugged high desert ridge lines; visit the Fairview Peak Fault Line; and travel across the lonely; yet beautiful Route 50; billed as the Loneliest Highway in America!
