Crockpot Angel Chicken

I have to admit, crockpot meals are some of my favorites. I absolutely love being able to put dinner on to cook while I'm gone or just busy doing other things during the day. Angel Chicken tastes like you slaved all day over a hot stove. So good! Y'all go make you some!

Crockpot Angel Chicken

1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast, can be frozen
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz cream cheese
¼ cup or 1/2 stick butter
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
¾ cup chicken stock
2 TBSP or 0.7 oz Italian dressing mix
1 lb angel hair pasta

Line crockpot with liner. Add chicken breast & top with garlic.
In a large microwave safe bowl, add butter and cream cheese and cook until butter is melted. Whisk until smooth. Add cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, & chicken stock. Whisk until smooth & creamy. Pour over chicken breasts. Cover & cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. 30 minutes before serving, shred chicken breasts with two forks, put back into pot. Cook the angel hair pasta & drain. Serve chicken over the pasta.
