Concepts
When building a real estate team, your focus and work shift more to helping your members through training, generating leads, and guiding new agents.
Over-correcting is better than under-correcting. Assume that the worst-case scenario may happen and prepare for that so you can be prepared for anything that may happen.
Look for ways to improve your sales skills. Improve how you build your relationships with clients and research creative financing techniques so you can offer them to your clients.
When creating a marketing strategy, make it so that it is targeted specifically to that neighborhood or building so when people look for listings in that neighborhood or building, you or your team is the first thing that they will find.
Hosting buyer’s seminars in buildings that you want to get into business with is a great way to gain leads and traction. If you have a listing, make an event out of it. Hire a food truck and make it like an open house.
