You and I both have the capacity to see, but your focus is misdirected. You give no thought to your own being, instead fixating on external things, people, and concepts. To truly understand yourself, bring your focus inward. Observe how you operate, examine the motives and consequences of your actions, and consider the self-made limitations that you have unconsciously imposed. Understanding what you are not is the key to discovering your true self. This journey requires rejecting all preconceived notions and false beliefs. Remember, reality is not a product of the mind.

Even the concept of "I am" is not a constant, but it serves as a guide to help us understand ourselves. Once you come to the realization that you can only truly say "I am" about yourself and that anything else you can point to is not truly you, the need for the label will fade. The only thing separating us is awareness - I am aware of my natural state, while you are still unaware. Just as gold ornaments and gold dust are the same at their core, we too are identical in being. The only difference is in appearance. This understanding can only be achieved through constant inquiry, self-reflection, and a dedication to discovery.
