Joe Biden has admitted that the world will still need oil for quite some time, despite his efforts to push for a global transition to more eco-friendly and sustainable energy sources. In particular, African countries have not been very keen on making that switch, despite Western demands. RT contributor Rachel Marsden takes a closer look.
