Optimizing My Gut After Colonoscopy Results | IBD Clinical Remission

Although I've been in clinical remission from a severe case of Ulcerative Colitis for many years at this point, my last two colonoscopies still showed a few areas with mild intestinal inflammation. Here's my plan moving forward to optimize my gut and get rid of those mildly inflamed areas.
