WATCH: Justice for Bulelani Qolani March in Cape Town

Ndifuna uKwani Marching for Justice for Bulelani Qolani and Landless Black and Coloured People. They declared the week of 8 February 2023 as the week to launch a campaign against the City of Cape Town as this is the week that Bulelani Qolani will be launching his damages case against the City of Cape Town. The Western Cape High Court has ruled that the eviction against Bulelani Qolani from his home in Khayelitsha in 2020 by the City of Cape Town’s Anti-Land Invasion Unit is unlawful and unconstitutional.
