In this episode.........
Mister Ed attempts to block Wilbur's plans to have him march in the Pageant Parade.
Wilbur takes the phone from the barn, which Ed is constantly listening in on, to try and force Ed to take part - but Ed fakes illness - only for the vet to come and diagnose Ed needs a boost - with a very large needle.
So Ed, miraculously recovers to avoid the needle, and agrees to go to the pageant, and reinstates his own phone line.
