♡ KEY TAKEAWAYS ♡
Anxiety can make many people, including myself, feel disembodied and out of touch with their surroundings. This can be either depersonalization, derealization, panic, or generally feeling out of touch with our bodies and realities.

This can lead to a vicious cycle “the fear of fear”. Being anxious about the possibility of a stressful event sending us back into an anxiety episode. For me, the fear of disembodiment can lead me to feeling disembodiment, and ultimately ALL anxiety is about being disconnected from the present moment.

Today I want to share with you some tips on how to return to your body, and the present moment, when you feel anxiety or fear creeping into your being. These techniques will help you return to your body and take back the control that fear has over you.
