Making dark chocolate from bean to bar

We are making dark chocolate from bean to bar. In a family of 6 girls success could be euphoric but failure will likely lead only to death and destruction. You see, chocolate is lifeblood for girls and everyone's health and well being depends on it.

With some expert help, we take select fermented cocoa beans and turn them into crisp and smooth as silk dark chocolate bars. We simply roast in the oven, but then use the very fancy nut oil press and Melanger to first separate the coco butter from the coco mass and then churn the nibs, coco butter and sugar into a delicious syrup of hot, dark, chocolate.
