Delicious Goat Cream using Old Electric Cream Separator

Julia has a new business venture making delicious goat cream using an old electric cream separator. She unpacks and assembles the antique electric cream separator we found on Kijiji, milks the goats and tries it out for the first time. And the goat cream, like the milk, is of course delicious and amazing and thick and rich and wonderful.

The machine is an old electric Westfalia cream separator, which happens to be very similar to an old electric Vega separator:)

Our Nubian goats always give very yummy milk. Unless.... they are kept close to Father, the billy. The smell of billy goat seems to pervade the air and taint the milk if he's anywhere close by.

We're super excited about Julia's new cream separating venture as goat cream will allow us to make so much; butter, cream cheese, whipped cream.....
