Rustic Homemade Wraps

Ingredients:
- 3 cups of flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1.5 cups of hot water

Instructions:

1) Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl then rub in the oil.
2) Add hot water and mix until the dough is soft, then knead the dough for 2 minutes. If you need more add more flour to get the right consistency.
3) Divide the mixture into 12 equal parts, roll into balls and cover with kitchen towel and rest for 15 minutes.
4) Roll out each ball onto a floured side into wrap shapes.
5) Cook each wrap on a high heat for a few minutes pressing down as they cook.
