30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (¼ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope boxer skip (¼ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (¼ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope boxer skip (¼ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope feet front to back (½ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope feet side to side (½ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope feet front to back (½ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope feet side to side (½ lb rope)

(10 seconds rest between sets)
(Rest 1 min between sets)
(Complete circuit 5x total)
