50 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (½ lb rope)
40 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (½ lb rope)

30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (½ lb rope)

20 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (½ lb rope)
10 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (½ lb rope)
20 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (½ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (½ lb rope)

40 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (½ lb rope)
50 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (½ lb rope)

60 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (½ lb rope)

(Rest 10 seconds between sets)
