45 sec - jump rope boxer skip - ¾ lb rope
45 sec - jump rope regular bounce 1½ lb rope
45 sec - jump rope freestyle 3 lb rope
45 sec - jump rope run in place ¾ lb rope
45 sec - jump rope boxer skip 1½ lb rope

**rest 15 sec between exercises
*advanced repeat circuit 5 times total
