Perspective is what we have when we pass information through the filters of our life conditioning. We always have a choice as to how we perceive our reality. For me, reframing life decisions, elevating my consciousness to a place of deep trust in the energy movng through my body, knowing there is a greater plan at work than my tiny tiny little ego can comprehend has helped me to get out of the way of myself.

Allowing my heart to rule the roost has been an essential part of this process. 'What would God do? How would God perceive this situation?' Has granted me a sense of surrender to what is, rather than looking for reasons as to why situations aren't as I would like them to be if my ego had it's way.
