56 year old man Body Transformation Challenge Update

I measured my waist circumference this morning at the fastest part and it was 39 inches 😝 this is going to be my main indicator of success for this challenge. Scale weight can be deceiving on a day to day basis depending on the amount of carbs etc that I eat. 3 weeks until very strict eating and fasting so I wanted to have a good starting point to measure with it.
