Automatic Chicken Coop Door DIY

Please read below for wiring instructions for the automatic chicken coop door linear actuator, timer, relay and battery hookup. Please let us know if you have any questions out our chicken coop door build or any suggestions on how to make it better.

WIRE INSTRUCTIONS:

R = Relay and T = Timer: EXAMPLE: R1 - Relay 1 Connector, T1 = Timer Connector 1.

You cannot short out anything if all wires are connected right to the time and relay as well as using a 12V battery. If the relay closes when the time is on, just switch the linear actuator wires around.
