Was this little girl, the inspiration for "Eleven" in the tv show Stranger Things?

"Stranger Things" has been a World Wide phenomenon, and the main and most interesting character is "Eleven," a girl with telekinetic powers. The clip here is just another example of movie producers and writers with access to certain literature and or information that we are not privy too.

I have seen so many movies, games, and modern books that have "borrowed" from the ancient sciences or hidden research of a metaphysical nature.

There are some who do believe that the character "Eleven" was taken from Nina Kulagina who displayed telekinetic powers.
