Nina Kulagina was a woman from the Soviet Union who displayed the most documented case of Telekinesis ever recorded. She was the first "Exceptional" that I ever studied. I have pretty much every decent book written about her. They all come from a period, while she was still alive and being tested. From C.I.A. the declassified documents to books, to scientific papers that I bought and translated from the Russian language. Some have touted that she was a fraud, they are lying or just repeating what they have heard. (James Randi anyone?) The truth is that she has never ever been debunked.
