Thousands rally in support of indigenous people in Melbourne as country marks British landing

Thousands took to the streets of Melbourne in support of indigenous people, as the country marked Australia Day, the landing in 1788 of the First Fleet in Port Jackson, when Captain Arthur Phillip raised the British flag. Similar events were also held in Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra.
