A "model" refuses to get surgery for her 100 pound leg because it makes her different. It's a procedure with a high degree of success, but if she didn't have this affliction, there wouldn't be anything special for her to shill. Tough break.

This child abuser/single mom has neglected her ill offspring to balloon to an unhealthy weight of 98 pounds... at 5 years old. There isn't much fun to be had mocking a toddler, but this type of behavior from the mother wouldn't be tolerated if she didn't make awful decisions in perpetuity.
