The world would be much better if we all committed 10 minutes every day to our sleep hygiene, ensuring that we get enough rest each night. The rewards are huge. For example, studies have found that people who get less than 6 hours of sleep per night are 2-3 times more likely to develop cardiovascular disease than those who get 7-8 hours per night[1]. What’s more, the risk of stroke increases by 38% for people who sleep less than 5 hours per night[2].

You have power over your own life and mindset.

If you don't believe you have power over your own life, the next 20 years will be hard. Your mindset and your habits are the two most important factors in determining how well you succeed in life and what kind of person you become. The good news is that they're both things that you can change!
