Effective Pushups Workout At Home | Follow Along

There is a pushup exercise for everyone to work with. I feel like a new pushup variation is created almost daily, and I am here for it! I love to see different ways we can train our bodies without equipment. This workout does focus on your upper body. The push muscles are the emphasis (chest, shoulders, triceps). Be sure to warm up before any physical activity. And remember to cooldown afterwards as well.
