The IceCase Active Cooling Case for iPad Mini 2, 3 and 4 is the direct result of a request we received from Chick-fil-A Goodyear (AZ) for a cooling solution that would prevent iPads from overheating during drive-thru operations. Chick-fil-A Goodyear asked us to extend their operational time to one hour from the 30-40 minutes there were currently getting. During live iPOS field testing at Chick-fil-A Goodyear the week of August 9, 2017 (107F outside temperature), it kept the iPad Mini fleet operational for 2.5+ hours with power to spare (actual results WILL vary based on conditions). We then worked with Chick-fil-A Fair Lakes (VA) to refine the design and turn IceCase into a productivity powerhouse!
