Paraguayan Cheeseburger Empanada in the Asunción rain 🇵🇾

We're in Paraguay, an interesting country with a seemingly uninteresting capital city. One thing we know will be true in all South American countries is that they will all have good food that we've never heard of before.

We wandered around near the palace and the costanera to see what was happening and got caught in the rain. It has been very hot and dry for the whole time since we've been here in Asuncion, but today, it decided to rain, and we got caught in the rain with our Paraguayan Cheeseburgers.
