52 Changes in 52 Weeks; Week 4

Short week, here we go!

Week 1; Workout 3x per week.
Week 2; No calories after 8pm.
Week 3; Start increasing steps.
Week 4; Stop smoking, or e-smoking.

Things are still on track, even lost a few lbs over here! I'll probably get it all back this week if I can manage to give up nicotine for good. It's always something, isn't it?!
