Job Description
The world of Hiring has become so busy since the Pandemic and Recruitment is at the forefront in companies! This brand has been financially backed and have created a successful software solution, selling to B2B companies! We are looking for a Software Sales Executive who will be doing this role remotely! £35k-£38k OTE £75K.

They are looking for a Senior Sales professional! Someone with at least, 1-3 years B2B Sales experience. You must have TECHNOLOGY Sales experience.

***THIS IS A REMOTE WORKING ROLE***

The £75k OTE is realistic as 3 people in the team are currently doubling their basic salary.
The software is to support companies with their internal systems, HR, Recruitment, Training for New Starters… it is basically a one stop shop for companies to support all hiring needs!

Technology and software sales roles are at the forefront of a good OTE (On target Earnings).
This is a great opportunity as this brand is willing to train you if you have the right aptitude and desire to be successful. We are even looking at people with 1-2 years B2B sales experience!

With offices globally around the world, they are growing at a rapid pace but need YOU! They offer training, support, and progression.

The day-to-day duties:

*Actively seek out new sales opportunities via phone, email and social platforms
*Engage, develop and convert inbound sales opportunities through a consultative sales approach
*Organise and conduct consultative conversations with decision makers about their recruitment, onboarding and learning processes
*Identify and present to key stakeholders in Human Resources, IT & Procurement.
*Organise product proposals, calculate product pricing and conduct contract negotiations.
*Manage and coordinate the end to end sales process, bringing in resources from across the business when required
*Effectively manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM (Salesforce), providing accurate forecasts

Attributes and Skills Required:

*Proven success in a B2B Sales role, ideally SaaS based
*Ability to pitch & present to C-Suite stakeholders
*Experience managing high value sales with complex procurement processes
*A proactive, motivated and resilient attitude
*Ability to understand complex challenges and provide tailored solutions
Desirable attributes & skills:
*Previous experience demonstrating software products
*An understanding of the Human Resources technology market
