The male Great Horned Owl stops by, landing on the Fairway Branch. He calls for his mate for quite a while, but she never shows up. While he is calling for her the Squirrel who lives beneath the nest is very disturbed by his presence there. She makes warning sounds and eventually is seen jumping up on the side of the tree. The Owl also watches the Squirrel but is more concerned with continuing to call for his mate. After 10 minutes, he decides to leave, flying in the direction of the group of trees behind the fairway.
