A Bill to Abolish the ATF? What Are the Chances? (hint...not good).

And while we appreciate where Representative Gaetz head and heart are at, we even more appreciate the brevity of this bill. Clearly scribbled initially on a post-it note, HR ____ would do one thing, in very short and concise language, which is "abolish the ATF." What are the chances of this bill passing?
