Having a hard time figuring out your squat position? 🙋‍♀️🙋🙋‍♂️

Give this a try for yourself and/or clients 💪🏽

Be Careful 😁

Make sure there is nothing around you and utilize an open space.

Spin around three times with your eyes closed

Slight jump, you may do multiple jumps in case you lose balance.

Adjust feet and start squatting.

Good rule of thumb, make sure to keep big toe, little toe and heel on the ground at all times. 😉
