Will Lake's Lawsuit Go to SCOTUS?

Kari Lake's election case appeal is moving forward and scheduled to begin in February. Lake has said that she is in it to win it. She has said that she believes she has the strongest election lawsuit. In Arizona, Democrat Katie Hobbs is the current Governor. Kari Lake's initial election lawsuit was dismissed in court by Judge Peter Thompson in Maricopa. Lake's Appeal is allegeing multiple issues in Maricopa counties election day procedure as it occured in the November 2022 gubernatorial election. Kari Lake is hopeful of her lawsuit, as she has cited case precedent to a sitting governor being removed from office due to election irregularities in the past.
