Spicy Okra Tomato

Quick, easy and delicious throw-together meal!

Ingredients:

1 lb. Andouille Sausage
12 oz. Frozen Cut Okra
28 oz. Diced Tomatoes
2 cloves Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Salt to taste

Instructions:

Sauté sausage and garlic until browned.
Add tomatoes, okra, and seasonings.
Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
Serve over rice.
